Contributors propose. Approvers decide. The record of who decided what outlives both of them. Permission is enforced on the server, so the interface can never grant something the backend would refuse.
An approved asset still has to reach the tool that runs it. untactit decides what loads where and for whom, then pushes it — so the version on someone's laptop is the version you signed off on.
